Where in the Sphere is Markos Armenios?

This dossier was intercepted by Gatekeeper counter-insurgency specialists coming across Vientiene's HPG web.  It seems to have been specifically diverted toward our monitoring station from an uplink relay marked "Armenios".  This individual would normally be considered a massive threat to a number of organizations (such as the Word of Blake), but it seems the shadowy hand of the Maskirovka has intervened here not once, but twice.

 No investigations will be conducted by any offical body, and the incidents' report logs no longer register at any of the affected routing stations.  A double-blind psi-op?  A conspiracy to create a fake conspiracy?  Or is there a real conspiracy - somewhere?  

Maybe this is just business as usual for [HLGK]?

Known Background:  Graduating young and having past the test to become a mechwarrior, Jonathon’s simulator skills were the highest in his age group.  His tactical skills while in command help accelerate his acceptance into the Red Lancers.  (Some other sources found rated him in the same category as Alexander Kerensky; if he had been born the Federated Commonwealth he would have been sent to the Nagel Ring.==>>)          UNIT

Receiving the rank of Sang-Wei at graduation, he went on to advanced combat training. That report is attached, I would suggest you read it with an empty stomach.)  After this incident he seems to completely disappear from public record, only to show up again in 3049.  This time, with wounds still healing, to receive the Liao Sunburst of Gallantry along with a newly produced CTF-2X.==>>         DANGEROUS!!
