Operation Silent Light is our first campaign this year, and we've got a new treat for everyone!  Instead of keeping statistics, we're implementing an achievement system.  Right now, it's very rudimentary but it will develop over the next few months as we continue these events.

The gist is this:  there are now "high scores" that will be kept starting Friday night during the event.  There are various categories for each weight class of battlemech, and each one will be kept individually.  At the end of the operations, the best high score will be compared to the old high scores, and new records displace the old ones as new operations come and go.

A few things are required for this.  First, a screenshot of each achievement is required (the end game screen and a screen showing your armor percentage).  Second, the game must have 4 or more Gatekeepers (on either or both sides).  Third, it has to be a WINNING game.  A Victory.  Send your screens to the Sao-Shao or a Sang-Wei, or post them on Facebook.  Torturous has volunteered to help us keep track of this, so he should be the go-to Sang-Wei on this.

So, now the categories.  The names are placeholders, we'll be assigning a title to each one as we continue to research Liao records.  Only one has a real name right now.  For now though, they are:

• (High Damage)
• Highest Damage Value with an eligible Victory.  All weight categories.
• (High Kills)
• Highest Kill Count with an eligible Victory.  All weight categories.
• (High Score)
• Highest Score with an eligible Victory.  All weight categories.
• (High Assists/Score)
• Highest Assist Count with Highest Score in an eligible Victory.  Light / Medium weight categories.
• (Widowed Armor Limbo)
• Lowest recorded Armor Value in an eligible Victory.  Heavy / Assault weight categories.
• Shameful Display (Lowest Damage in Rated Match)
• Lowest Damage Value with an eligible Victory.  All weight categories.
